Confidence is the choice to cross through fear and use it as attention to our surroundings. Reactions to fear such as insecurity or extra mind control create a false “safety feeling”, based on past experiences. These automatic reactions draw our attention inwards and lead to relive those past experiences, disconnecting us from the actual present situation. If we agree to experience the uncertainty of the future and the unknown, we are driven to move our attention to what is happening now, from moment to moment. We become more sensitive and aware and therefore more connected and influential. This Workshop contains lecture and exercises, that will connect you to your body and teach practical tools to walk this earth with confidence.
